COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear Patients:
We have just been advised by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Colorado and American Optometric Associations to postpone all routine eye care. This is a nation-wide recommendation for all optometry offices. There have been no known cases or exposures in our office, however we are committed to your health and well-being. I believe it is in all of our best interest to do our part in limiting this outbreak by complying with the CDC’s guidelines for at least the next two weeks.
Effective March 19 we will move to an urgent/emergency service model only, postponing routine, yearly exams, glasses adjustments etc. We will operate with reduced hours to provide for your urgent eye care needs. Please call us with any problems you may be experiencing. We will schedule you depending on your symptoms. Our doors will remain locked to limit the number of people in the office at one time. Contact lenses can still be ordered over the phone. If you have an appointment scheduled in the next 2 weeks, we will be calling you to reschedule. If you are waiting for glasses or contact lenses, we will call you when they arrive. Office hours (by appointment for urgent issues):
Mon, Wed, Fri. 9am-1pm
Tues, Thurs. 1pm-5pm
Thank you in advance for your patience and compliance as we implement this temporary model. We will update with another email as recommendations from the CDC change and return to our routine care when advised.
